Schenectady City School District as Part of Our Blues In The Schools Initiative!

CRBN is pleased to announce that, in partnership with the Golub Foundation and the generosity of our members, books about blues music have been donated to every music class in the Schenectady City School District as part of our Blues in the Schools initiative!

CRBN would like to thank the staff of the Schenectady District Office of Educational Equity for their support and assistance in the distribution of the books to the classrooms.

"Frankie Finds the Blues" by Joel Harper and "Bad Dog Bubba" by Tas Cru provide children with an introduction to blues music in an entertaining way.
We are looking forward to resuming classroom-based Blues in the Schools programming when it is safe to do so!
